Returns
Do You Accept Returns?
At LenyV Artelier, we want you to love your purchase. As prints are made to order, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo, and we will resolve the issue.
How long does shipping take?
All prints are produced to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Delivery times vary by location:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates:
- Germany: €9.99 (free on orders over €50)
- Europe: €13.99
- Worldwide: €24.99
You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What print sizes do you offer?
We currently offer three sizes — 20×25 cm (€22), 27×35 cm (€32), and 30×40 cm (€48). All prints are produced on premium-quality paper.
How do I care for my print?
We recommend framing your print behind glass and keeping it away from direct sunlight to preserve the colours for years to come.

Are original paintings one of a kind?
Yes — every original painting at LenyV Artelier is unique and one of a kind. Once sold, it will never be reproduced. You are not just buying art — you are owning a piece of Viviane's soul. 🎨
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! LenyV Artelier ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Do original paintings come framed?
Original paintings are currently sold unframed unless stated otherwise. We recommend a simple, elegant frame to complement the artwork beautifully.
How are original paintings shipped?
Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with full protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Tracking is included with every order.

What material are the prints printed on?
Our prints are produced on premium 310gsm fine art paper with archival inks, ensuring rich colours and long-lasting quality.
