Production Time: All art prints are produced to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner, Printseekers from Latvia. Shipping times vary by destination:
- Germany: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days
Shipping Rates
- Germany: €9.99 (free shipping on orders over €50)
- Europe: €13.99
- Worldwide: €24.99
Packaging: All prints are carefully rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in sturdy tubes to ensure they arrive safely.
For Canvas Prints: All canvas prints are carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
For Framed Prints (when you add them): All framed prints are carefully protected and shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Original Paintings Original paintings are shipped directly by the artist from Germany. Please allow 3–5 business days for packaging and dispatch. Originals are carefully packaged and shipped with a tracked service.
White Label Shipping: All orders are shipped under the LenyV Artelier brand. Our production partner remains invisible.
