Return and Refund Policy — LenyV Artelier

Art Prints (Print on Demand) All art prints are produced to order. As these are custom-made goods, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@lenyvart.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

Original Paintings Original paintings are non-refundable as they are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

If your original painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Stationery, Stickers & Accessories Items such as stickers, cards, notebooks, and other non-custom accessories are not made to order. EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@lenyvart.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Wrong Item Received. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@lenyvart.com, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already started, and cancellation is no longer possible.

 

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Made-to-order art prints: As these are produced on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Stationery, stickers, cards, and accessories: These items are not custom-made, and the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
